Mothers. You have to love them.
My mother won't even swear until she's three stages beyond "well and truly p***ed off" - I can't even imagine her giving the finger to anyone.
But then again, before last night I bet you would have said the same thing.

reading this story reminded me of one of the few times my mom did similar things to "save me the trouble" of responding ( truth is i didnt get a chance, or I didnt hear it to begin with )
Picture this :
4'6" Mom standing next to 5'10" me and some 6' baggy pants sideways hat wearing .......thug walking by who just said some stupid comment and Mom getting in his face and ripping him 3 ways from sunday!!! I had to pull her away and the thug actually apologized!!!
God I miss her!! lol
now I have to rip on people myself!!!

Good on her. My mother would have given a dirty look for the language used then told me if I'd dress more normal that wouldn't happen.

HA HA HA.
My mom used the 'f' word at a guy in Shoney's for making a rude comment at me once. Oh wow, it was bad.

That's awesome! Moms have always told us to use words not fists. Your mom didn't even have to use words.
