If you are interested in genetic genealogy, the very best place is Family Tree DNA at www.ftdna.com. It has by far the largest database, and hence you are more likely to find some one who matches your or a male relative's DNA there.
Their FAQ is very good at explaining how genetic testing can and cannot help your genealogical research.
