OK, boys. The fix is in. I talked to Holly (owner of the Celtic Tavern) tonight, and she confirmed that the $12.50 price for dinner and a toast from last year holds. (You'll have to take care of your own bar tab!)
Standard fair with cock-a-leeky soup, neeps and tatties, haggis (made by yours truly and SouthernScot), followed with an Irish bread pudding with whicky all over it! There'll be shepherd's pie for the sissies.
The program is shaping up nicely with all the parts just about assigned, so plan on a really good time.
We still need a piper, so somebody sing out. Dress is as-you-see fit. I'll be dressed up, but some will be in sweaters or plain shirts, so suit yourself. We don't demand falshy clothes, just pleasant manners and a good time.
Drinks from 6:00-7:00, dinner at 7:00. And if you don't drink, have some water or a Coke or tea, and have fun. This is a very nice crowd and a fun place.

Just four more days until our Supper.
I have almost everything down for the evening's festivities, but if anyone wants me to email a poem of something, let me know soon. I'll be shopping tomorrow or Wednesday, and I'll be printing the agenda by Thrusday latest, so let me know if there's anything special you'd like.
I'll also need a head count by Wednesday if at all possible.

Unable to attend :(
Hi guys!
Unfortunately, my wife and I will not be able to attend the Burns' night supper....Funds are tight after moving me halfway around the world.
There'll be other Suppers that I can go to - besides, it'll give me time to save up and buy a kilt!
cheers

For the head count, I'm in for 1. Plans changed for the weekend and my wife can't attend unfortunately.

Cavscout, I guess we'll take you without your lovely bride, but she sure was a hit last year. Be sure to tell her that she'll be missed.
