I just took a tour of your new house - reminds me very much of the 1892 farmhouse I moved out of almost four years ago, so I appreciate your affection for it. Even though I don't occupy it, I've been paying for it all this time, but I hope to have that resolved here very soon, myself. So, I'll send you good wishes your way if you send some mine.
