There is more difference between a man's kilt and a woman's skirt than just where it fastens. I wouldn't wear it -- I'd pass it on to an appreciate lady.

Being "Scot, I am toying with the idea of reclaiming the Cloth & trying some kind of DIY project. But being a "Scot" I am toying with "reclaiming the cloth for some kind of a DIY project. Wish it was not a "Highland tartan".
As to "passing it on, I will passs the word to see if anyone might be interested.
