Only sporran I found was the one with the crest on it. Very nice looking.
I really like the "no closure" sporrans. Have a hair on buffalo sporran custom made by Miss April's Carpetbags and its like that. The weight of the buffalo leather flap is plenty to keep it in place, never had a problem with it AND its very convenient not to have to fiddle with it.
I could never get my hamhock hands inside my BK sporrans, let alone get that little magnetic snap dealie closed. I like them big.
And sadly, here's Celtic Empire is another sporran vendor who doesn't think their potential customers need to know the size of their sporrans before purchase. For $225 CDN you'd think that'd be an important thing to know...and a pic of the back for attachment purposes.
Would be very sweet to have a sporran made from that 200 year old reindeer leather if one had the funds.
