Generally, when you order a kilt from a SCOTTISH company and it's called a "casual kilt" (not talking about a USAK Casual) but is made from nice quality worsted wool, it's about 4 yards and it's machine sewn. It saves on labor and material costs, so they can compete a little better with the low end of the kilt market. It's a decent Casual Kilt... that's why it's called what it is.
