I have to agree, Mrs Brown is an excellent film - one which I must revisit (although I have it only on VHS!).

The scenes at Windsor Castle were actually shot here in West Sussex, at Arundel Castle which often 'doubles' for Windsor in films and TV plays. Permission to shoot at the real Windsor would never be granted! Arundel is only about seven miles from my home, here in Storrington.

    Take care,
    Ham.

That does it. I found a copy on ebay for $9.49 shipping to Canada a further $9.99 . Unfortunatly they don't offer combined shipping so I won't buy any other movies. But if Hamish says it's worth seeing a more than once and Connolly has pierced nipples I'll go for it. And hey there is always a chance of seeing our Ham strolling through the background of "Windsor Castle". And for what it's worth I thoroughly enjoyed The Queen.

Edit: They have 80 more copies for those interested. Region 1

Cool you must have been posting at the same time I was. I think I'll do the same thing. I'm sure you will like the film.

It was a brilliant movie, and definitely worth seeing more than once. It comes up on cable somewhat regularly here.

Blockbuster.com has it, I've gotten it from there.

Saw this one when it first came out in the theater. A big favorite!

It's been in our blockbuster queue for weeks now. I do with they'd speed it up a bit.

It is one fantastic movie, I rate it very highly. (If that counts for anything)
