"Celtic" describes culture. DNA is biological. They are 2 different things. While the Celtic culture may have come from eastern and central Europe, the ancestors of those who are now described as Celtic undoubtedly first came from the Iberian peninsula and Aquitaine.
Think about it. In another thread it was discussed how slaves of African ancestry in America came to speak Gaelic. Would they be genetically Celtic?
