Hello from someone down in Glasgow.
(For the record, I met my wife while she was studying at Aberdeen Uni and I have very many fond memories of Aberdeen.)
For an Aberdeen kiltmaker I'd recommend Alex Scott & co. I've a few friends with kilts from that maker and they are wonderfully tailored.
With that amount of money you should be able to get yourself a kilt and a nice jacket and waistcoat, too.
