    If it makes you feel any better, I woke up to -30C with a -40C windchill this morning. I'm really hoping spring is just around the corner.

    Oooh! It's actually snowing here north of Ft Worth, Texas

    (but I've never seen SNOW snow... I can see why a lot of folks would be sick of it... kinda like me and summers here. UGH)

    Just back from Sri Lanka

    ... nobody in kilts, but the temperature was 25 - 28 C most days and very humid.

    No kilts but lots of men wearing a wraparound cloth - very light and practical in the heat.

    I recall that for the mid-Atlantic US states the prediction was for warmer than average in January and February and cooler than normal in March and April.
    Thus far they’ve been correct.
