That method, I can't picture.

You lost me mid way through.

"Pull the flashes cord back that when you loop the end up against the long section of flashes cord the short end on the cord extends about 1/2 inch above the top of the tassel. That yarn and wrap the short end of the flashes cord to the long end of the flashes crop and tie off."
