Masonic Sporran

Sorry guys, I have been busy working hard during the week and doing highland games on the weekends.

Very nice - Very, very nice! I've never seen one quite like that. There are many Masonic cantles, but that is unique.

I purchased it with a bunch of stuff from a past Potentate that was in the Highlander's Bagpipe Band.

what is the cantle made out of?
looks like poured tin or pewter
what is the closure like (snap, hinged)

I think it's pewter because it's very heavy, I attached it to a piper's sporran which has a snap closure.

I think it is an antique, I have thought about seeing about having it reproduced. Also mybe doing some inlay work on it.

As the Masons are trying to take over the world and turn everyone into kilties please put a high polish on it so we can see you coming.

I have my Masonic Tartan Kilt, Sporran, Belt Buckle, Kilt pin and Clan Badge. The thing I am working on now is a sgain dubh.

We don't want anyone to see us coming. How else would we take over the world?
