    Green Dragon,
How long have you been working at the polls? I have not missed an election since my release from active service in the Air Force. I was twenty-seven at that time (1978). I am a Warden (supervisor of the poll) here in Boston. It is very rewarding work in a diverse city. I like helping new citizens with their first election. Here we have many naturalized citizens from Haiti, Dominican Republic, and Russia. I have developed some multi lingual skills to be able to assist them. i have been kilted for years. All of the regular poll workers at the polling station have known me being kilted. It is rare that the kilt brings on any comment other than by the media when they visit. because polling occurs on a Tuesday, I have always had that as my day off from work. Tuesdays are always kilted all day.
Thank you for your time and effort in the election process, it is well appreciated.
