Still not sure on this one... If I do make it, it will be after 10pm (fundraising event in the afternoon, teaching a class from 7pm to 9pm, then the drive...) Who knows???

Three of us showed up, Grant, David and myself, it was a good night, however as with most kilt nights I was forced to leave early.
Here are my pictures of the evening
There were some Irish dancers early in the evening they put on a very good show, however there was no way to get a photo of them standing still so this one is dark

Then there were a couple of bands before the Mahones took to the stage

And of course Guinness was consumed

I went outside with Grant when he was having a smoke and met this wee lass who used to live right up the road from Coatbridge where my Mom was born.

One more shot of David and Grant, just before I was leaving for home

It was a fun albeit short night, I'm looking forward to Hunting McLeod tonight in Georgetown.

Thanks for posting these pics Glen, now I have to find something different to wear tonight lest my adoring rabble fans might laugh .

Thank you Trefor, last night was the debut of my new Newsome kilt. McMurdo was forbidden by me to take a picture until my hose and ties come in from the Scottish Tartan Museum. Unfortunatly mail between our two countries is painfully slow so I may as well allow Glen to take and post a picture from tonight's gathering.
