In my opinion, the penalty for this illegal action should be severe, so that other vendors who feel they are above the law get the message. And as Todd, mentioned, the same thing happens with the Irish National We have Stillwater Kilts doing it the right way - Jerry obtained the rights from the House of Edgar to have the Irish National woven out of synthetic material, while other vendors were selling it under a different name.
