Looking at your source, you need something like:
'<img>Picture URL</img>'
not
'<img src="Picture URL" '
Grabbing the address can be the tricky part. If you right click on the photo, then on "Properties" you'll find the URL. Copy the whole thing and paste it into the "add image" tool. It usually takes a couple of attempts, and then there's no problem.
