As Rocky said, those sizes are just the price ranges...every couple of sizes up gets a small price increase. My Semi-Trad is 32.5" waist (although next time I might just do a 32", since mine's just ever so slightly large, on the smallest buckle holes (but that's my fault, not Rocky's!) I can go without a belt, but I have to keep my stomach pushed out just a little (part of my problem is that my hips are about the same size as my waist, so the kilt doesn't have anything to "hang" on...it's pretty much straight down.)
