I was in the bank on the weekend (wearing my USAK McLean casual; thanks again Riverkilt ), and I was approached by an older lady, who had a tartan shawl around her shoulders; while we were waiting, she mentioned that she had heard that there's a kilt pin "code", that is supposed to signify if you're "available" or not, but she didn't go into any detail about it. The only kilt pin I normally wear is a magnetic maple leaf clasp (to avoid putting holes in my kilts), but I said that I hadn't heard anything about a "code"; is there such a thing, or was I just being hit on?
