Major kudos Ron!
I was lucky enough also to receive that kilt pin as a Christmas present this year! It has become the standard pin for my leatherneck kilts. I guess I should get a few more, so I don't have to change it around so much.
Did you know that the design comes from the etching/engraving on the Staff NCO sword?

USMC kilt pin
Hello, could tell me where to find this wonderful kilt pin? I would love to get one for my hubby for Father's day.
Thank you for your help and service, Chemen Carter.

A mighty fine looking piece of martial jewelry.
When I was a g-man, a number of my port colleagues were leathernecks.
When they said the word 'cluster' it was followed always by another word. And since we all worked for Uncle Sugar, they said it often.
Slainte,
steve

Great pin, I'm ordering one to go with my Leatherneck kilt. My question is, as a newbie to this site, where did you get the Lewis socks? Semper Fi, from one Marine to another.

One source, and there are many, is our own Matt Newsome at his Scottish Tartan Museum Gift Shop.
