Kilted in Kerrville

I've been kilted in Kerrville a couple times! Our sportscar club has their state rally there. Kerrvillie is a lovely town, with about 20,000 residents and what seems like 10,000 tourists at any time. Here I am in my early days of kilt wearing at Stonehenge II near Hunt Texas, a few miles from Kerrville.

Ah, Kerrville. We used to go there every fall for the EAA fly-in. Touring the Mooney factory was a bonus if you got there Friday.

The one I've gotten the most mileage of out lately (must be said with a look of genuine concern), "You don't know what a kilt is? You've never heard of Scotland? I guess one child WAS left behind!"

I've never heard of Stonegedge II in Hunt, Texas. I'll have to visit it next year when I return to the Kerrville Folk Festival.
