I'm surprised nobody's gone crazy (i.e. 32oz Kevlar in Canadian Maple Leaf tartan). It is hard to narrow it down to one.

    Can you DO that?

"Oh, go ahead and pull the trigger, you sissy. I'm bulletproof."

    Tartan: Young Modern
    Weight: 16oz
Yardage: 8yd (give or take at the kilters suggestion)
Customization: Was thinking knife pleated, but after seeing the kingussie that Ryan Ross showed in Post #20, the indecision is upon me. (The symmetry is intriguing.)
Why: Family tartan. If I could only have one kilt, I want to be able to where it anywhere, be it to the store or to a white-tie ball, and have it last long enough for my kids.

HELP: I don't want to thread jack, so can someone PM me a thread that discusses the different pleats. Preferably with some info on how the kingussie lays when seated compared to a regular knife. I couldn't find one when I looked.
