Deep fried Mars bar!!!!
After all this time on a frugal diet, half of which is beans, there are those who would probably kill for a Mars bar, deep fried or not.
Wild schemes for getting rid of the guards have been discussed at length, the most favoured method is a barbeque.
That really is a silly idea, there just would not be time for the marinade to work.

Were you gone? Hadn't noticed, but welcome back. Seriously, I'm glad to see you posting again.

Canadian Coast guard Auxiliary. This year I was planning on taking a break and spend more time with the kids. unfortunately a colleague passed away late in the off season so I volunteered to fill in as coxswain until his replacement was selected and trained. Happy to say that his replacement was a quick study and competent person.

I truly missed the chicken. Ever tried deep-fried rubber chicken? Runs circles around a Mars bar....

Gee, I don't log in for a few days, and I miss Grant missing.
We should've had a thread - "Where's Grant?" Maybe something picture related ...
"Somewhere among all these kilties are Grant and his rubber chicken. Can you find him before Panache and the other Moderators do?"
