They even have patterns if you want a particular to match your kilt.

I took a look at these two shirts and I was surprised to see that my ECW Heritage shirt looks more like those two than a standard "ghillie-Jacobite" shirt does even with the snaps!

All of the comments have been welcome, but I just want to point out my original line of thought. I just want to find something that will look darned good with my kilt, and wear well. Again my friends, my daily clothing is normally a uniform, jeans and motorcycle leather, or western ware if the occasion calls for it. Hmm, just had a thought...Cabelas has some great collared shirts that would look good with a kilt and wear well outdoors...now where did I put that catalogue...?

Heck, wear a good cotton khaki shirt and the hose. You'll look like a million bucks.

You really can't beat one of Cabelas safari shirts. You can match at least one of the color selections to most any kilt.

I'm not a big fan of the Jacobite shirts, they look like a bad pirate shirt.

As we were walking into the Illinois Saint Andrews Highland Games last Saturday, my daughter spotted a fella in a Jacobite shirt and said, "Oh, look...Shaun Cassidy (pretty boy teen idol of the '70's)." Followed by the Seinfeld quote, "...but I don't want to be a pirate!". My wife said, "Yeah...it is a bit too much, isn't it?"
Now I defended the guy saying, "Well, maybe his wife thinks it's hot and can't wait to rip it off of him when they get home....that's why he's wearing it."
To which my wife replied, "No...I don't think so."
Perhaps...just perhaps...its day has come and gone.

Exactamundo!
I have one (Had made with long tail for wearing with the kilt) but don't wear it all the time for there is a time and a place for wearing the shirt.
