The last time soneone asked me that, I said "I don't go to the bathroom in it- I usually go in the sink."

I usually just smile and say, "With the level of intensity that I am employing to stand here right now."
It never matters what I say, so I don't have to worry about coherency. They're always too busy staring at my sporran in preparation for the next question: "What do you carry in that fanny pack?"
