I usually just smile and say, "With the level of intensity that I am employing to stand here right now."
It never matters what I say, so I don't have to worry about coherency. They're always too busy staring at my sporran in preparation for the next question: "What do you carry in that fanny pack?"

Well, I just go fishing for my tackle and stand at the urinal like evetybody else!
If anybody asks about it, I just tell them that my days of getting my bits caught in a fly zip are over!

I was at a wedding and walked into this very small bathroom with 2 urinals very close together, there is another gent there and I start to do my thing, he doesn't look over but says, "must be a pretty easy process in that rig".
I just smiled and agreed.
