Very impressive. I'm wanting this book as well. Looks like you've got a good handle on it. So, when will you try a tartan kilt?

Thanks 12stones. I don't know how I'd ever be able to do it without The book. I had some instructions pulled from here and there on the web but not with the level of detail that Barb and Elsie's book provides.
If I can find a really inexpensive (but good quality tartan (wool or PV), I'd try it. I found a simple (two-color) plaid that I'm going to try make an X-Kilt with. That was the last 2 yds of double-width fabric from a bolt at Hancock. They say they could not re-order that fabric (what a shame!) I have an SKU # for it, maybe I can look for it (or anybody near a Hancock fabric store.)
BTW, your Cammie Kilt #1 looks Great!
