As I mentioned, we had tasted quite a bit before the tour.

I thought I'd get a good look into one of the stills:



But, they wouldn't let me crawl inside



So, I found something else I could fit into...






Apparently, I'm a bad influence:



Last tasting was the absinthe, and it led to a little mixing it up (wait, this isn't my husband....Oh, well, he's somebody's anyway)

Panache tried the absinthe as well...look how he emptied the bottle!



Farlander's lovely wife looks on in amusement at our antics (she's usually the one making trouble )




On our way out of the facilities-an even merrier bunch than on our way in:



We reconvened at a nice restaurant with an outdoor patio for a late lunch and a little dark brew before all heading our separate ways.

Wait, just one more set of pics. Absinthe starts clear/golden and then gradually clouds up as it sits out (with ice in it in this case, but I think anything will do-such as a sugar cube if you're into that whole Dracula thing)
