Interesting thread.
While there are a wide variety of body shapes, the kilt seems to enhance them all, when worn in a manner that is not sloppy.
From casual to ultra-formal, a kilt sets one apart from the crowd. I'm not a suitwearer if I can help it, but I enjoy a sharply pressed kilt, tie, and jacket.
Like many others have expressed, I'm a Late Middle Aged, balding male, not likely to be called handsome by anyone (except my wife ), yet I get my share of comments from the ladies while kilted.
For those holding back because you are concerned what others may say, just stand tall and proud and enjoy the experience.
