Well, Mikey, I'd say that's a perfectly reasonable birth weight!

Nick,
I was a 26 waist at16 years old and 115 lbs at 6"1" tall back then. My girth expanded to 27.5 and my weight to 130 Lbs in university. I stayed there until my 52nd birthday, then expanded to 36/37 waist and 190 Lbs. Now my goal is to get back down to between a 30 and 32. I hate the weight.
Pay attention to it while you are young and it easy to keep off, rather than a lot harder to take off at a later time.

hehe, it was working pretty darn good for me as a single guy...motocross...rock climbing (medals at the 1995 Panamerican Games)...DH MTB, etc.
I got married on August 1999 and I weighed 175 pounds.....by July of 2000 I was weighing 225.

I don't know, that doesn't seem to have worked for me.
On the good news front, I have found that I have lost about six pounds since I took up ballroom dancing. That's not a whole lot for over three months, but at least it's a downward trend.
And it's just a little bit of extra activity - a weekly 1 1/2 hour class and a three hour dance about every other week. I guess it's activity that I wasn't doing before though.
We're fools whether we dance or not, so we might as well dance. - Japanese Proverb
