I had the "question" this morning at Membury Services on the M4 on my way to the Harpenden Highland Gathering.
It was early morning and I needed coffee and breakfast so I opted for a smile and "that's for me to know and you to find out!" 
Originality of response can be difficult when you got up at 4am!
