This wee fellow, "the one with the bayonet", looks as if he is a member of the 1st Bn, 42nd Highland Regiment who appeared at the Harpenden Highland Gathering last year.
I seem to remember that they were all slight of stature (and mostly a wee bit overweight!). Here is a photo, not one of mine, from that event:
