    I can tell you this much. Though not sure of the official name, I believe it is the Leatherneck Pipe and Drum Corps, their uniform is a dress blue jacket cut for a kilt, and a dress blue kilt with the blood stripe down the leg; I presume that the same rules would apply with the wearing of the blood stripe-must be an NCO.     I just recalled that the Leathernecks are not a currently serving band; I think they are all former serving Marines.
