I practice 3-4 times a week as well usually in short 40 minute sessions. A lot of that I have to do on my own for that reason I have to use my homemade implements so I do stone throws, hammer, light WFD with my homemade implements. When I'm with the group training I have all the implements so I focus that day on Sheaf, Weight for height and caber, and might do a little hammer throwing or something else if I feel like showing off something. I always use the stones as my warmup before every training session. I think stones help for getting your body ready and get your mind focused.
I also tackle my weak areas more than most, that's the main reason I throw stones every single training session.
On top of all that I lift weights twice a week. I also compete in powerlifting or strongman contests at least once a year. I also do a lot of steel bending horseshoes and nails.

Weekly 4me2
My training schedule at present is one-hour weight lifting exercises on
M-W-F and throwing on early Sunday evenings. Yesterday evening I worked on light hammer, Braemar stone and caber. I use two cabers, one light, that I have success turning, the other is too much for me to turn just yet, but just lifting and balancing is enough now; maybe in a month or two I'll get it to turn.
