I made a kilt this past spring using the book "The Art of Kiltmaking" out of 10 oz khaki duck canvas and I used the double D-ring for the belts. His looks really good and are larger. I just wish now that I had used a larger size, they work well but at times can be difficult to loosen to undo it.

What does that have to do with the topic?
