Yes it was a good day out, despite being a bit damp in the morning. There were some great Highland outfits on display in the crowd and it's a pity I didn't take my camera along as well. I didn't see the Scottish Country Dance display as I was at the other end of the arena watching the pipe bands. I sampled the 8.4% dry cider too! No wonder we couldn't spot one another!
To be fair, I can't see you too well in your avatar and so would have found it hard to pick you out. And as you say, there were many kilt outfits on show. A true delight.
Here's one outfit I rather admired on the day (albeit from the rear).
