Interesting way to hang a kilt

I can see this with a lighter weight kilt, but would the weight of a tank over stress the belt loops? I have one or two of those hangers, looks like a good idea.

That would have been my concern as well. And PV doesn't seem to quite be as... solid, I guess as wool. I might do it with a couple of my denim or polycotton kilts, but not the PV's.

But, it is something I've never seen before, and good on him for coming up with something that would work for a sturdier kilt.
