    Exclamation Twill line

    Celtic cowboy!

I hope you haven started sewing yet!? You should turn your tartan. The twill line should run from upper left to down right. Basicly you are working on wrong side of fabric.

Yea I saw that when I started. However I do not always stick to the "rules" as I am pretty sure my Highland ancestors were not always spot on when kilting up. I just liked the way it looked, I am sure the kilt police will forgive me. But thanks for watching out.

I'm not the member of kilt police for sure. Just noticed that's all.
Happy sewing and let the kilt serves you well.

Nothing bad ment by the comment. Thanks for watching out for a budding kilt maker. Well got to go press pleats before going to work. Hope to finish the new one tonight, so I can give it a test drive for my Birthday dinner with the family on Sunday.

Wow, that is one sharp looking kilt! May I ask, did you machine- or hand-sew it?
