They are not Kingussie or reverse Kingussie, but rather some freaky dual Kingussie style. The pleats in front go back like on a reverse Kingussie, but the pleats in back face forward, with a regular (non-inverted) box pleat as on the original Kingussie style, and the two styles meet in the middle where they put the pockets. My guess would be that they do this to get around the challenge of making slash pockets that don't screw up the kilt, but I still think it looks awful.

For what they are charging, I'd say you'd be better off going with UK, SK, Alphakilts (we need an abbreviation for them) or just about any other contemporary kiltmaker.
