My tank is a Houston machine stitched Weathered MacRae Hunting. Their customer service was outstanding.

    houstons

I have a houstons kilt as they are near to me and I thought I would give a local firm an order I was very dissapointed indeed it is Macenzie tartan and some pleats have 2 white stripes the lower buckle on the right side is more than 1 inch out of line Rolls Royce of kilts I do not think so more like a £50 kilt

One of my Houston kilts (their exclusive Paisley tartan) arrived with a buckle in the wrong place - I had already worn it a few times before I figured out why it didn't seem to hang quite right - despite the fact that I had had the kilt two or three months Houstons took it back and fixed it free of charge.

I just ordered a super hand-stitched kilt from Houston. I gave him my measurements and he corrected the length I gave him with his own citing my height (we're on the phone mind you). I later remeasured 5 times and holy doodles if he wasn't right on the money.

Anyway I'll let you know how it all goes but I'm confident he'll produce an excellent kilt for me.
