I'm with you on that Ted. I'm not looking to get an Eton, or Mess jacket as a poor man's PC. I actually prefer the look (the PC has too many military overtones for me, and the silver buttons aren't really my taste). I would love to find a quality Eton jacket, but every search I do on Google turns up uniforms for the service industry that are made out of polyester for around $40-50.
I would be quite pleased to find a quality black wool Eton in the $200+ range.
