Welcome! I assume you are not in the Bay but nearby 
. There are quite a few of us in the DelMarVa tidewater. I am in Gaithersburg MD myself. As far a going regimental, that is between you and anybody intimate enough with you to know. Otherwise, wear what makes you comfortable that is the point. Most Highland dancers wear black briefs, if that helps.
