Not this time David! I'll use my 'plastic' - just think of the AirMiles I'll collect on a single purchase like that (and I'll get double AirMiles if they take Amex!!!).

    Take care,
    Ham.

As much as I love kilts, 5.000 pounds is over $10,000 US. Shoot, maybe I could just get a tartan car.

    Cheersw,

    Marshal Moroni

PS. I think I like the Shrek tartan better too!

It would be an appropriate one to mark #100!

I wonder if Sydnie would make one for my next birthday. Just a thought. I suppose I'll stick to camo.

You provide the fabric and the Valium, sweetheart, I'll make the kilt!

I have a somewhat serious question.

I go to India from time to time and can buy cashmere at very, very low prices there. It's so soft. I don't understand how it can be made into a fabric that is hard enough to hold pleats to the degree required for a kilt. Is there something about Mongolian "cashmere" that we don't know about?

Anyone care to make informed speculation?

Here is a man after the heart of P.T. Barnum, hoping that there are many fashion conscious suckers around the world.

Its range of colours have been inspired by the local countryside around Peebles.
So the countryside around Peebles is blue and red? It must take a really special single malt to see it.
