A more local option for you would be to peruse the local Filson store. Filson made durable clothing for the miners in the Klondike; it's not cheap, but it will last you a lifetime.
For me, nothing beats my Barbour wax jacket for rain gear in Highland kit.

Matter of fact, A friend of mine and I are waxing our Barbour jackets this weekend whilst enjoying a pint and watching Hamish MacBeth.

I like the looks of the Mr. Anthony rain capes but for one glaring aspect; snaps. I personally feel that the snaps make the cape look decidedly cheap and flimsy, more like stow-away rain gear than a nice cape. I know that the cape is of high quality and that the snaps are sturdy and all (I've had a chance to examine them on several occasions), but I just can't equate snaps with nice outerwear. If Mr. Anthony put out a rain cape with nice large buttons (like the ones on a good trench coat) I would definitely be on board.
