I reside in Flagstaff AZ. Mother is from Vietnam. Father is 1/8 cherokee, 1/8 dutch, 1/2 English with some Irish for flavor, and the the last 1/4 is questionable at best. I currently only own UK's but will soon be purchasing a traditional with Harris tartan (if i can find it at all) or campbell tartan.

Welcome aboard. I have ancestors on both my Mothers and Fathers side from Ireland and Scotland. There's also Cherokee in the family back in the early 1800's and late 1700's. From the way things look in our family history, the first Scots and Irish in the family headed straight for the hills and met the natives.

    Welcome from Lowell!

American born and raised, and you have to go back a couple of generations to get back to Scotland (mostly) and Northern Ireland (here and there) on both parents' sides. (Most emigrated to the States in the early to mid 1800's, tho there may also have been some here pre-American Revolution.)

My mom's mom was born in England (grew up in Australia), so there's some English blood in there, too.
