Except that obesity doesn't affect the health of others. Smoking in an enclosed space does and makes everybody and everything smell horrible and that's not saying anything about those with asthma or allergies.
Oops, got a bit off topic there.
The smoking ban is great, I can breath in places I couldn't visit before.
