That last post is spot on. Most kiltmakers I know advertize an 8 to 12 week turn around time. I know we do at the Scottish Tartans Museum. Seems like if you are getting a good kilt at a good price all would have been well if you had originally been told "8 to 12" weeks instead of the super-fast deliver time you were promised.
Seems like the main problem here is their setting up high expectations that they couldn't follow up on.
