I'd agree with your statement, the problem I am not impressed by a vendor that admits to making a mistake ONLY after action is threatened or the words 'file a fraud complaint against you' are mentioned.
A respectable vendor would admit to a mistake willingly and as soon as the first contact is made, reading your ordeal account, not after months of attempts to get an answer.
I was going to buy some of their kilts to try them. not anymore I'm affraid.
