I have that same kilt... wonderful, isn't it? I need some proper flashes though... and black hose. I find the acrylic pretty acceptable, especially for the quality of the tartan weave at that price point. Wool would be much more desirable though, I agree.

Actually hospitaller, I got them at a Celtic shop here in Denver, the "Thistle & Shamrock." They were Lochcarron brand and pretty decently priced. I'm sure most kilt stores online should have them.
