    Is this from the kilt clearance material Rocky posted? I saw that ALS there and admired it, but it's not in my budget right now. It looks great.

    YES!! but I see that I see that Scottish Kilts.net is offering one for $240.00. Note it is a different weave ( coarser ??) & I am unsure if they match up with Rocky's kilts. But I do have a kilt comming from them.
